Recent ONE-OFF coats

Here are some images of one off coats I've made recently, well quite recently!  I've not seemed to get round to showing them off on my blog yet!  Here goes... The first of the three was made with a apple green cotton drill, a specially requested fleece lining so I went with shearling...not quite the coat for the minute but this was made a couple of months back when there was practically still snow! So now the suns out it might be away for the time being.  Features include a vintage silk lining in the pockets and hood, guaranteeing it's uniqueness, gold buttons at neck and button placket and pockets on the inside and out.

Next up was another coat in the same style as the above yet completely different, I used recycled black waterproof for the best part of this coat mixed with recycled black leather and a soft brushed cotton black and white check on the inside.  This one was for my friend who is just recently back from Australia, I couldn't let her slip away on her travels again without a kerrieALDO coat!!

The last in the series was another recycled outer fabric in leopard print lightweight fur, lined in plain black with black cotton and leather in places.  This is the first one I've made with a lapel so far and I must say I am happy with the results.  The idea is that this one can be worn with either the hood on or off hence the zip detail around the collar.  Features include the functional zip off hood, in-seam pockets and inner pocket.
