Collaborations

KerrieALDO has been fortunate enough to collaborate with other sustainable designers and customers on bespoke projects. If you are interested in collaborating on a project then I would love to hear from you!

Museum X Maker X Manufacturer

Collaborating with the V&A and Halley Stevensons to create not one but two editions of the Dundee Raincoat, was an amazing experience.

With KerrieALDO being a Dundee born brand, and having used Halley Stevensons fabric for all of my collections, this really was a collaboration that represented everything that the brand is about.

I created a few blogs about the idea, inspiration and process of these collaborations which are a good read if you want to know more about the project.

Makers gonna make; Shona Mason x KerrieALDO

This truly was a unique collaboration. I worked closely with a weaver who created the lining fabric of this coat. It was great to allow a customer to use their own craftsmanship in the making of the coat.

I interviewed Shona about the whole process which gives a great insight of two makers working together.

 Kinfolk Barber Shop

I was approached by a customer who was looking for a custom overshirt for their new venture, a barber shop on Dundee’s Perth Road.

This is the classic sage green overshirt with added embroidery to tie it in with the shops logo and interior, which looks so good!

Hayley Scanlan - Fierce Feline Five

Back in 2017, Hayley chose 5 designers to collaborate on an accessories collection to be sold in her shop. We created and made three different bags/make up bags which took elements of both KerrieALDO and HS design staples and fabrics and fused them together to create a range of three limited edition unique bags.
