KerrieALDO is slow fashion brand dedicated to creating durable, high-quality, handcrafted outerwear with a contemporary twist.
Founded in 2014 by independent fashion designer Kerrie Alexander, the label offers an ethical alternative to mass produced fashion.
KerrieALDO was established in Dundee and after 4 1/2 years spent in Leeds, UK the studio is once again based in my hometown of Dundee.
Every garment is designed and handmade in our studio, and wherever possible, fabrics are sourced locally to support British manufacturing, like our inimitable waxed cotton from Halley Stevensons, an over 150 year old fabric mill in the heart of Dundee, Scotland.
The collection is available exclusively online with ready to wear designs and on a made-to-order basis and includes menswear, womenswear and childrenswear. In addition to this, we have a custom works service so you can co-create a completely unique jacket from scratch, 100% created for you.
Quality and style are never compromised, Kerrie has an obsessive eye for attention to detail which is applied to every single jacket, overshirt, t-shirt, dress and accessory. Inspired by music and British subcultures, this is sustainability, without sacrificing on style.Made with love, and made to last.

KerrieALDO X V&A
Museum, maker & manufacturer
Kerrie has collaborated with V&A Dundee and Halley Stevensons on two projects, in 2020 and 2021, to create the Dundee Raincoat. This was the first limited-edition fashion collaboration for the V&A. The project in 2020 was to create a modern-day unisex raincoat inspired by the city’s innovation, creativity and resilience, the coat was later updated in the summer months of 2022 with new a design and colourways.
Following the KerrieALDO design philosophy of slow, sustainable fashion, each project produced a small batch of coats which were numbered and an accessories range bags were hand-cut and crafted using the left over fabric.
