Custom Works Question - If you ordered a Custom Works coat from me, how did you find the process and final result?: The process was a breeze. I love the selection of coats in the store so using those as inspiration to create something custom was easy. Kerrie was super responsive and had great feedback on how to get the best design. The coat fits and feels great. I look forward to wearing it all the time!

How did you first find out about the brand?: My mate Tony was sporting a customs work piece by Kerrie. Asked about it and from then put me onto Kerrie... Loved everything she did so I know I had to have a coat made by her.
How was your experience of ordering?: Excellent, straight forward and personal. Placed my order and formed a design, which myself and Kerrie went back and forth on refining it. This also made the custom works process stand out, the effort and individuality she put in each and every piece is second to none.
Would you recommend KerrieALDO to a friend?: 110%. The process coupled with Kerries expertise is something you can’t get from the “mainstream fashion” world. That is why I’ll be recommending her to anyone seeking an excellent handmade product created with care and passion.

Custom Works Question - If you ordered a Custom Works coat from me, how did you find the process and final result?: Phenomenal. The time she spent going though the design to keeping me updated regarding changes emphasised the dedication and care towards my coat. Seeing it in the flesh really blows you away and it’s worth the wait.

Custom Works Question - If you ordered a Custom Works coat from me, how did you find the process and final result?: I found the process of getting a custom coat really easy and enjoyable. It was all done online through emails and a zoom consultation. We based the measurements on an existing coat of mine.
Kerrie sent me samples of fabric to help me to choose. I was able to describe exactly what I wanted: a collar, hood, big pockets, bold lining etc. When I wasn't sure about details Kerrie advised me. It was a collaborative process.
The end result is gorgeous. The quality of craftsmanship is exceptional and I know I will be wearing this coat for years. It was excellent value for money as well. The price wasn't much more than a quality off-the-rack coat, but this is a one of a kind piece made to my exact specifications.

I had the idea of what I wanted, luckily managed to catch Kerrie at a pop up shop in Dundee to get measured and discuss the coat. So happy with how it turned out, and its still my favourite coat I own.

Custom Works Question - If you ordered a Custom Works coat from me, how did you find the process and final result?: The process was brilliant, Kerrie always made you feel so involved in everything that she was doing. You were made to feel like she was only working on your order, always kept you informed with what was happening. The drawings that were sent were very clear and detailed so you could see her vision straight away. Even the teasing photos you were sent of the jacket coming together, were enough to get you over excited and desperate for it to be finished. The end result was even better than I had hoped, the quality is unreal..a master at her trade. The proof is in the comments I have had when wearing it.. won’t be the last custom I get from Kerrie..
