These measurements are to the closest .5cm and can be used as a guide to help you decide on the size.  

The measurement is taken from the bottom edge of the hat where it meets the brim.  

To get the best idea on size please compare this to another similar style hat you may have or measure the head at its widest point and make sure you leave a little extra room for a comfortable fit (1/2cms would be ideal), please bear in mind that sizes can vary slightly on a handmade product.
